Another way to take action is to recharge. By this, I mean that it’s important to keep your ideas flowing, your body ready to use them, and your life in alignment enough that you can be the owner you need to be.
Recharge
My friend James Altucher wrote a great book called Choose Yourself that gives you a perfect little daily practice to follow. I admit that I’ve fallen from using it in recent months, but I’m ready to get back on. It’s simple, like everything we do here. But powerful.
Recharging in this case means doing something for yourself daily in four quadrants. James shares the daily practice here.
In my case, I work daily to meditate, to go to the gym, to play some video games, and to connect with people I love. Oh, and I read. And write. I stay as practiced as possible, come to think of it.
Action: Build a daily recharge practice into your life. You might think this isn’t vital for business but I can tell you it’s necessary. Will you commit to it? Share your thoughts with the group.
